Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All US Orders

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, regardless of order size.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

After your order ships, standard delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier and do not include processing time. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@nuracare.shop.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to serve customers globally in the future. If you have questions about international availability, please reach out to our support team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery, packages are occasionally lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@nuracare.shop with your order number and details
  • Provide photos of the damage, if applicable
  • We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
  • In most cases, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund promptly

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nuracare.shop, and we'll do our best to assist. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshiping costs.
