NURA offers a VIP membership for $29.99/month. Your first charge occurs 20 days after your initial purchase, and is then billed monthly to your original payment method on a recurring basis. Your VIP subscription grants you access to exclusive products, member-only pricing, and early access to new releases.
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time by emailing contact@email-support.store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
NURA reserves the right to modify VIP pricing or benefits with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the VIP membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via standard carrier (3–7 business days delivery). Express shipping options are available at checkout.
NURA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. International shipping is not currently available.
NURA offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@email-support.store with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Opened, partially used, or damaged products may be ineligible for refund at our discretion.
