If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You agree to pay any fees or charges incurred by us due to declined payments or chargebacks.
NURA offers a VIP Membership subscription program. Your VIP Membership begins with your initial purchase. 14 days after your initial purchase date, you will be billed $29.99 for your first membership cycle. After that, the membership renews automatically every 28 days at $34.99 to your original payment method until cancelled.
The VIP Membership is a benefits subscription, not a product subscription — no product is shipped as part of your membership billing. As a member, you receive access to your members portal, where you can enjoy exclusive member discounts on all available products across our stores. Your membership lets you save on every future order — the more you shop, the more it pays for itself.
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time by emailing contact@nuracare.shop. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your VIP benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
NURA reserves the right to modify VIP pricing or benefits with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the VIP membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via standard carrier (3–7 business days delivery). Express shipping options are available at checkout.
NURA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. International shipping is not currently available.
NURA offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at nura@messages-email.store with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Opened, partially used, or damaged products may be ineligible for refund at our discretion.
